I received my Masters of Arts in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS #S13452) in the state of North Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist.
Through my experience and years in counseling, I offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals, couples, and professionals at all stages of life. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, workplace stress, relationship struggles, midlife transitions, divorce/separation, or major life adjustments, together we can cultivate a positive mindset and create meaningful change. Life transitions can feel overwhelming and uncertain, but you do not have to face them alone.
I especially enjoy helping clients navigate periods of transition and rediscovery, including midlife changes, divorce/separation, career shifts, and evolving relationships.
No matter how difficult the situation — whether dealing with addiction, abuse, infidelity, grief, identity changes, or relationship loss — I am here to help you move forward, gain insight, and navigate life’s obstacles with strength and resilience.
Through counseling, we will work together to address your challenges, enhance your quality of life, and foster a deeper sense of self-awareness and confidence. By applying a positive mindset throughout this journey, those around you may begin to notice positive changes, and you may come to value yourself and your future in new ways.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the world and embracing new experiences.
