I received my Masters of Arts in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Qualified Supervisor (LCMHCQS #QS139146) in the state of North Carolina and a Nationally Certified Counselor (#277115). I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I enjoy working with individuals/professionals, couples, families, and adolescents by integrating a Humanistic/Person-Centered Model, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.

Change affects all of us and in therapy you will practice growth. In this experience of acceptance, you will belong and feel connection. Growth isn’t easy and through it, you will evolve into the person you aspire to become. As you experience success you will notice a deeper self-awareness, motivation to change your narrative and the ability to practice acceptance. I offer Telehealth and in person sessions in Concord, NC. I am excited to go on this journey of growth with you!

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, nature, hiking, walking my dog, physical fitness, and traveling!
