6 week group dates/time: 11:00 am
June 13, 20, 27 & July 11, 18, 25.
Ages 13.5 to 16 years old
Cost: $300, $50 non-refundable deposit.
Focus: Small group counseling sessions for female athletes to enhance sport performance by increasing: mental clarity, confidence, visualization, focus skills, and more!
Lead by a Licensed Counselor and Former Division 1 Athlete/Coach.
Location: 177 Sims Pkwy Harrisburg, NC
Unbroken Women...Stronger...Not Broken
6 week group dates/time: 6:30 pm
June 12, 19, 26 & July 10, 17, 24
Ages: Adult Women
Cost: $300, $50 non-refundable deposit.
Focus: Six week empowerment and healing small group for women who have experienced relationship loss.
Lead by a Licensed Counselor

Girls Empowerment Small Group
6 week group dates/time: 9:30 am
June 13, 20, 27 & July 11, 18, 25
Ages: 10-13
Cost: $300, $50 non-refundable deposit.
Focus: To empower girls through small group therapy by building confidence, self-esteem, friendships, and an overall greater sense of belonging.
Lead by a Licensed Counselor.
