I have my Masters in Social Work from North Carolina State University and my Bachelors in Social Work from Western Carolina University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working to help empower teens, children, individuals and families. I recently worked as an Assertive Community Treatment Therapist (ACTT Therapist) and have thoroughly enjoyed getting to help individuals see their potential and work on goals they have helped design.

As a Clinician, I strive to have a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive environment. I believe that therapy is a safe spot where you can come and talk about anything to gain support and guidance in difficult areas of your life. My goal is to work through those difficult times together, as well as celebrate the successes. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, adjustment difficulties, defiant behaviors, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, and ADHD. I utilize the approaches of Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Thinking, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I see clients via Telehealth until the office is open up in Concord in July.
