Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's in Social Work. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, but I primarily work with individuals 16 and older. My areas of expertise include working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. In session, I use a variety of techniques, including CBT, TF-CBT, relational therapy, and ACT.

In sessions, I emphasize person-centered and trauma-informed care. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling validated, supported, and better equipped to deal with life's challenges.
