I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in the state of North Carolina and have worked with children, adults, and families for over 12 years.  With a solid foundation in social work theory and practice, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals facing various life challenges. I received my graduate degree from Winthrop University.

As a provider, I appreciate human behavior and believe that each person deserves to tap into their full potential and authentic self.  Creating a safe environment to foster a healthy working alliance supports a fertile platform for growth.  I practice using diverse resources, including but not limited to conflict resolution, problem-solving, and cognitive behavioral therapy, while utilizing person-in-environment and crisis intervention theory models. I am a firm believer in staying active, enjoying what you love, and remaining socially engaged in order to live a more fulfilling life!
