Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina. I have extensive experience working with younger children and diverse family systems. I also have a strong background in supporting and advocating for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strength based approaches. It is important to me that each person I work with feels validated, heard, and respected.

I am passionate about serving my community and creating a safe and welcoming environment for those who may be new to therapy. Many of the individuals I see are navigating major life events, seeking coping strategies, exploring a diagnosis, or simply needing a safe space to process day-to-day experiences. My goal is to provide compassionate, supportive care that empowers clients to grow, heal, and find strength in their journey.
