I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Augusta University. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have also received specialized training in supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and trauma. I am committed to providing a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward healing. As a culturally affirming clinician, I integrate your social identities, values, and experiences into the counseling process as you see fit.

My approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to address their concerns and make meaningful changes. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and I view each individual’s experiences as valid within the context of their own life. As such, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each client. Drawing from modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, I work with clients to develop the tools they need to cope and thrive.

Everyone deserves support, acceptance, and fulfillment in life. I look forward to joining you on your journey!
