Warm greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who received a Master’s in Science of Social Work from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill-Go Heels! I approach therapy with a holistic lens, seeking to provide unconditional support throughout your healing journey. I am passionate about working with individuals to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other challenges along the way.

Throughout our sessions, I will aim to create a non-judgemental space and help individuals feel grounded. I have worked with individuals and families across the lifespan from early childhood to adulthood. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about providing culturally inclusive care to Spanish-speaking individuals. I specialize in culturally-informed therapy, play therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
