I have over 30 years of experience in customer service, with a strong record of working effectively with the public and supporting customer needs. I am highly organized and efficient, with a service-focused, people-centered approach. Throughout my career, I have taken pride in ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support.
In the Client Care Coordinator role, my goal is to support counselors and clients by coordinating schedules, anticipating needs, and helping ensure a consistently high standard of care and service.
I was born in Chicago, later moved to Florida and then the Carolinas, where I've lived for over 40 years. I have a daughter, a son, three adult grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a Boykin Spaniel named Angel.
