I don’t believe people need to be “fixed”—because they’re not broken. Beneath the anxiety, pain, or stuckness, there is still a whole and worthy self. My work as a therapist is about helping you find your way back to that self—stronger, more self-aware, and deeply aligned with who you truly are.
Drawing from an eclectic, evidence-based approach—grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)—I offer a safe and collaborative space where healing is possible. With trust, humor, and unconditional positive regard at the heart of our work, we’ll uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and learn new, more empowering ways to navigate life. Together, we’ll explore not just what hurts, but also what heals.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing life’s more difficult moments—anxiety, stress, grief and loss, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional and physical intimacy challenges, infidelity, trust, self esteem, weight stigma, or just feeling lost.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of New England, with a clinical focus on individuals, groups, and families. Over the 13 years I have been in practice, I’ve worked in both public and private settings, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and am certified in CBT, DBT, and as an Anxiety-Informed Professional.
