I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (#A18010) and National Certified Counselor (#1673518) who is passionate about supporting individuals as they work through life’s challenges and discover their own strength and resilience. I began my career as a professional school counselor at both the elementary and high school levels and transitioned into private practice to continue this work in a more individualized and therapeutic setting.
I work with clients across the lifespan navigating concerns such as anxiety, life transitions, stress, identity development, and the effects of trauma. I practice from an existential humanistic and person-centered orientation with the belief that each person has an innate capacity for growth and meaning-making. I also integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices with a trauma-informed lens to meet each client’s unique needs with flexibility and care. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, we explore your values, choices, and sense of meaning and mattering, helping you deepen insight and create meaningful change at your own pace.
In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to music, spending time with loved ones, relaxing on the beach, and traveling to visit family.
