I received my Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I have worked as an educator in the school setting and as a clinician at a non-profit organization.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and children grappling with a range of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and addiction. I provide a safe and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and military personnel.

As a clinician, I draw from a versatile toolkit of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual or couple.

Whether you're seeking support for personal growth, navigating relationship challenges, or overcoming past trauma, I'm here to offer guidance, validation, and practical strategies for positive change. Together, we'll explore your strengths, identify areas for growth, and pave the way toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
